RURAL EDUCATION OUTREACH INITIATIVE (REO)

At Global Debaters Summit, we believe every child deserves a chance to find their voice — not just those who can access our events. That's why we started REO.

REO – Rural Education Outreach

REO is a rural outreach initiative by Global Debaters Summit, aimed at bringing public speaking and MUN-style education to children in rural schools across India. Our goal is to give students in these areas the same opportunity to learn, express themselves, and build confidence that our delegates experience at GDS.

The programme is funded through paid panda adoptions, supporting transport and outreach essentials for these visits.

REO is run entirely by student volunteers. We welcome volunteers who wish to be a part of this programme and help us reach more children across these communities.

Bring REO to Your School

We welcome invitations from interested schools who wish to be a part of the REO programme. Principals, teachers, parents, or students of interested schools can register for free using the link below. After verification, our team will get in touch with you to organise the visit.
